Workmanship Warranty

FIVE (5) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

NuPro, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (“NuPro”) warrants to the current owner of the premises where the construction services were provided, that the work provided (the “Work”) is free from original defects in workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the invoice. At its option, NuPro will repair or replace any defective Work without charge for labor, provided that our inspection indicates that an original defect exists. This warranty does not cover, damage caused by unauthorized service or repair, alteration of the Work, abuse or misuse, normal wear and tear on materials, extreme weather conditions, normal weathering, or defects in materials. NuPro makes no warranties other than those which are specifically described herein. The implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose shall be limited to a period of five (5) years. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. NuPro shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. The sole remedy provided in this warranty is repair or replacement of the Work. NuPro will provide to the owner upon request, the manufacturer’s warranty for any materials used in connection with the Work, if any. Any claims for original defects in workmanship shall be made in writing to NuPro no later than ten (10) days after the expiration of the warranty period at the following address:

Your claim must explain the nature of the original defect and include your name, address and telephone number. In the event of a non-warranty repair, you will receive a written estimate prior to any repair work being performed. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. As defined by federal law, this is a limited warranty.
